The Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University is a robust regional research and education center. 7 faculties of the university offer education in agro-biotechnology, veterinary medicine, biotechnology, ecology, law and linguistics, post-diploma training, preparatory courses, and extension courses. Banking University was founded in 2006. It was a response to the challenge of time - to create a centralized educational institution, united by a common strategy and tactics in the training of highly qualified personnel for Ukraine's financial and credit system. The University was created based on Lviv Banking Institute and its branch in Kyiv. Two institutes that have existed as a part of Sumy Banking Academy in Kharkiv and Cherkasy joined the University.
