    The North Carolina Legislature sets tuition rates. Fees are selected through an on-campus process and approved by the Board of Trustees. The billing schedule is based on the University Registrar's Calendar. Approved underloads are recalculated upon request two weeks into the term. Tuition and fees are assessed based on the student's classification, which is determined by the program's program.
