U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens may apply for certain forms of grants and federal aid to assist with the costs of earning an education. For students who qualify, more information about specific forms of financial aid for qualified.
For international students applying to SIU's Tampa Bay Campus, after all, documents are received and evaluated; an I-20 form will be processed and mailed out along with the University's Conditional Acceptance Letter to the student. The I-20 is a government form that informs the U.S. Government that one is eligible for F-1 Student Status.

Career Services assists in finding the opportunities for work-study programs, internships, Optional Practical Training (OPT), and any other employment needs for new and current students and alumni. We offer workshops to learn the necessary skills to successfully enter the job market and learn how to present and conduct yourself for professional success effectively. We also provide mentoring where you will gain additional skills so your career can flourish. Each student will have the opportunity to meet with us on a one-on-one basis, where we will be able to work together to create a successful career path for each individual.
