The Koç University Graduate School of Business (GSB) is proud to raise the leaders for the 21st century. Its graduates are trained to be visionary and responsible leaders. We offer a select set of master programs: Executive Master of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Finance, and Master of International Management. In each of these programs, we blend academia with business applications to prepare our students to make informed decisions in real-life situations in uncertain and turbulent environments. We prepare our students to align their decisions with the interests of various stakeholders, such as shareholders, customers, and society. In addition to the master-level programs, we also offer a Ph.D. in Business Administration program (with specializations in Finance, Management & Strategy, Marketing, Operations and Information Systems, and Quantitative Methods), which prepares students for an academic career. Graduates from this program have taken on top academic institutions in India, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Turkey, and the United States.
An essential quality of GSB is that we incessantly question and improve our curricula. We invite external feedback (International Board of Advisors, EQUIS and AMBA accreditation teams, Alumni) to adapt to global dynamics, ensure a reliable academic approach grounded in fundamental management theories and potential bridge gaps between theory and managerial practice. While contributing to our students' academic and personal development, we also aim to learn from them and their business experiences. All of our programs are highly interactive, using both technology and teaching practices that stimulate knowledge sharing. We are proud to have faculty members who are excellent teachers and renowned researchers. We can also work with various professors from the business world who share their experiences and lessons learned.
