Added to this are the many well-equipped workshops and laboratories, which offer broad technical and creative scope for course-specific projects in all subjects.
Our students gain essential experience that extends far beyond pure specialist knowledge boundaries by taking part in practical projects with partners from diverse industries. From project management to specific research assignments, the concept of theory-practice transfer forms the focus of study at Rosenheim. Learning through actual projects encourages the development of elementary skills like the ability to work in a team and solve problems and prepare students for real working life challenges in the best possible way.

Our goal is derived from the university’s guiding principles; our goal is to continuously use new ideas and strategies to continuously improve education and training quality. We have to be imaginative and keen to experiment in order to achieve this goal.
All those involved in university life: the students, the lecturers, all the staff at our university develop ideas to improve teaching and studies. High-quality teaching and studies have to be based on the interaction between all those involved.
The University Management plays an active part in fulfilling this objective and assists with developing ideas and implementing measures to improve teaching and studies. It is also the university’s concern to regularly analyze and document the quality of teaching and studies and draw conclusions from this regarding quality assurance and quality development. This is not only seen as an obligation (statutory provisions/accountability of universities to the public); it is first and foremost about the university meeting its standards. The motto here is already embodied in the university’s guiding principles: Communication between ourselves and with the outside world is characterized by transparency and openness, participation, and cooperation.
