I first came here as an engineering student in the early 1980s, and I can still recognize my youth's well-loved campus. However, it has also been transformed into a global, interdisciplinary 21st-century university. Trinity researches at the cutting edge in exciting new fields like nanoscience, immunology, creative technologies, digital humanities, and all the traditional disciplines. We welcome students from over 120 countries, and we drive innovation and entrepreneurship in both research and education. Trinity produces a fifth of all spin-out companies in Ireland, and we are Europe's number 1 university for educating entrepreneurs.
