Although working within the organization of an Academy Trust, Sybourn Primary will always be a ‘community school. We aim to work closely with our parents, other schools, and organizations, building partnerships that benefit, not only our children but others in the wider community, both on a local, national and global level. We aim to work in partnership with schools, enabling a locally-based education improvement solution to develop organically and to ensure that peer-to-peer support drives standards and improves outcomes for pupils and staff. We believe in freeing teachers and leaders from bureaucracy to focus on providing the very best teaching, learning, and support that every child deserves.
