The International University of Struga is a highly qualified University which is entirely devoted to the education and professional development of its students. The International University of Struga throughout its undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the field of marketing and financial management, diplomacy and international relations, information technology, law sciences, English language, and communicative sciences, offers a possibility for stimulating intellectual curiosity, rational thinking, introducing of a broad spectrum of scientific disciplines and professional fields. The International University of Struga owes to the possibility of working and helping students by using creative strategies, the latest upgraded technology, new teaching methods, and practicing the theoretical knowledge in everyday life. The academic and administrative staff of the International University of Struga are committed to achieving its primary goal – joining the group of high educational institutions of South-East Europe. The University will treat friendly relations with the students by integrating the systems of teaching, mentoring, and scientific research in one unit. The International University of Struga is wholly devoted to its students' education in the part of the undergraduate studies and the postgraduate studies. The IUS is a modern educational institution dignified with intellectual and cultural diversity, and its primary goal is to contribute to regional development. It is a place where every student can accomplish his desires and ambitions for development and improvement. The International University of Struga is a higher educational institution accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Macedonia. Within the University are accredited the following faculties: the Faculty of Economic Sciences, the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Information Technology, and the Faculty of Political Sciences. We began as "Euro College in the academic year 2007/2008. In 2008 we gained accreditation for two new institutes, the Institute for European studies and International Politics and the Institute for Economic Development and Ecological Management, by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Macedonia. This was one of the main reasons we decided to change the University's name and rebrand it into "International University of Struga." Encouraged by the support of many domestic and foreign institutions, keeping a clear vision and mission, we continue to step forward regardless of the difficulties. The British University supported us- "Kensington College of Business," the reputed and recognized consulting group "Hy Grade," the research center "European Business Competence License" (EBCL), the "British Business Group" (whose task is studying the specific industrial standards). Significant support came from the College of London – "London City College," institutions, with whom the cooperation continues. Today, the IUS is the first private University in the Balkans officially accepted as a full right member of the European Association of Universities-EAU. The EAU membership is one of the most significant benefits, which also provides the most prominent professional and academic advancement of the IUS in the development of higher education in RM and the region. Besides the fact that the International University of Struga implements the latest educational programs and curricula, it also works with a highly qualified academic staff and the most eminent experts, experts in their fields- Masters and Doctors of science with high scientific knowledge, experiences, and achievements.
