Kincoppal-Rose Bay School of the Sacred Heart is a leading Catholic independent school that is part of Sacred Heart schools' international network. Located in Rose Bay in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, the School caters for boys (ELC-6) and girls day (ELC-12) and boarding (Years 7-12). Campus Masterplans guide current and future capital expenditure and are essential to long term planning. Our masterplans are developed considering future teaching and learning needs, and we are excited to have already delivered several projects. We have decided to future-proof our planning by preparing a State Significant Development Application for ten projects in detailed design and four concept design. Planning approval of these projects would enable the continued staged delivery of the Campus Masterplan and provide the School with the flexibility to deliver them depending on the school community's needs and priorities in the medium to long term. The detailed draft designs and concept designs have been developed, and we are currently preparing a State Significant Development Application by the Secretary's Environmental Assessment Requirements.
