As soon as visitors enter The Frisch School, they comment on the vitality of our Yeshiva. Frisch's curriculum is designed to spark our students' intellectual interests and motivate their continued academic pursuits. Our students challenge themselves in their studies as they develop into creative and independent thinkers. At Frisch, we encourage our students to find religious meaning and spirituality and translate that into a deep commitment to Judaism and Medinat Yisrael. Formal and informal educational programming aims to inspire students in their spiritual growth and infuse them into enthusiasm for lifelong learning. A plethora of academic options in general and Judaic studies, including a host of electives and AP courses, are offered in state-of-the-art facilities. Many extracurricular activities, such as chessed, Israeli activism, the arts, and athletics, enable students to hone their talents and develop new skills and interests. Our sprawling suburban campus provides students with the optimal environment to flourish, both inside and outside the classroom. Frisch truly is the school that never sleeps. Students are involved in a myriad of activities throughout the day and into evenings and weekends. Some of the most exciting and educationally enriching aspects of one's high school experience occur outside the classroom and after regular school hours. The Frisch School encourages each of our students to explore and develop his/her talents in artistic creativity, journalism and writing, athletics, community service and Chessed, scientific discovery, politics, and so much more. Beyond guiding our students in their pursuit of academic success, Frisch's faculty and staff also work to cultivate our students' spiritual, emotional, and social development. Through student programming and activities, students are immersed in opportunities for learning well beyond traditional classroom education. Students' intellectual, religious, and interpersonal skills develop as they create and participate through these events and programs are as essential as the lessons learned in a more formal setting. Our General Studies curriculum is designed to challenge students to think critically and creatively. Students are encouraged to pursue their intellectual interests in their courses, including a multitude of electives and AP courses in every subject. The goal in all Limudei Kodesh classes is to foster love and enthusiasm for Talmud Torah both as a means of developing one's relationship with God and as a spiritually enhancing intellectual endeavor.
