      1. Abrar Academy is an Independent Secondary College for boys from the age of 11. We offer a balanced curriculum, encompassing the full-time Alimiyyah and Hifz course combined with the traditional English curriculum. Abrar Academy grew out of the success of Jamea Al Kauthar, which was founded in 1996 by Shaikhul Hadith Hadhrat Maulana Fazlehaq Wadee Sahib DB and has become an exemplar boarding Institute for girls providing Islamic and Secular education. Since its foundation, over 2066 girls from across the world have benefitted from Jamea by completing Alimiyyah and Islamic courses. The main building of the Academy was originally an Antique center when it was first purchased. In 2009, Abrar Academy was formed on this site. It began with 6 students on roll and through the blessing of Allah has grown significantly. The founder of Abrar Academy is Hadhrat Shaikh Maulana Fazlehaq Wadee (Damat Barakatuhum), Principal of Jamea Al Kauthar. We strive to instill the basic values of the Islamic faith in our students. The education at the Academy provides students not only with the tools needed to succeed intellectually in higher academics, but with the tools to build a life around the values of faith, humility, integrity, and excellence that are grounded in our Islamic faith. Ultimately our students become responsible, dependable, and hard-working individuals who are not intimidated by any challenges they may encounter. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: God, His angels and all those in Heavens and on Earth, even ants in their hills and fish in the water, call down blessings on those who instruct others in beneficial knowledge.” – Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 422 Abrar Academy is dedicated to welcoming students into an excellent academic atmosphere that is both spiritually enriching and physically nurturing. We aspire to cultivate morality and inspire our students to graduate as able, confident citizens and outstanding role models for their communities. At Abrar, we care about the whole child, their educational achievement as well as their development as a person so that they part with us as people able to contribute to those within their immediate community and the wider society. The vision is simple – we want as many children locally and globally to benefit from an outstanding education that is based on common international values which bring us together as nations and not separate us according to our differences. The values that underpin our philosophy and mission are also simple and are derived from our Islamic heritage, which deals with the condition and importance of the soul and places it at the core of the human being. This development of excellence, ambition, drive, passion, and character stems from the heart and is central to our ethos – forming the foundation of our Institution. These values are synonymous with the human values that make up the fabric of our society today and will last long into the future. View full school
