Starting with the first day of pre-kindergarten, The Independent School strives to promote a love of learning and build the foundational knowledge that will provide our students with academic strengths they need to thrive throughout our rigorous pre-kindergarten 12th-grade program and beyond. Independent study skills are taught and emphasized throughout our Lower, Middle, and Upper School divisions so that our students will be successful in maintaining high academic standards while feeling comfortable balancing their participation in a wide variety of extracurricular activities. Our goal is for our students to leave with an education that ensures future success in their life-long learning endeavors.
