For the last 5 years, despite being in the top group of Ealing’s deprivation tables, Three Bridges has also been in the top group of Ealing and England's performance and progress tables. Three Bridges is an incredible school. We believe in providing a world-class education to our young people and supporting them to become their very best. While we exceed the basic goals of creating very literate and numerate children, our aim is much bolder: to help develop truly incredible young people – to create critical, creative, and contributing citizens of the world.
We pride ourselves on providing an environment characterized by Professional Capital and Moral Purpose. We hire the very best staff, provide them with excellent development opportunities, allow them to collaborate, research, and innovate to make the best decisions for your children. We spend time leading learning in partnership with other schools (over 200 schools and 500 teachers and leaders in the last 2 years!) because we believe that those relationships make us stronger.

Developing the building blocks for life-long learning is complex. Embedding and applying the knowledge and skills required to be exceptional is very demanding. At Three Bridges we know that these things are only improved and made permanent on purpose. Nothing happens here by accident.

We spend a great deal of time working in collaboration with each other and partner schools. In an attempt to be our very best, we use these opportunities to learn and help others learn. We don’t have all the answers, but we do have a few steps in the right direction and know that being a great school is only possible in fellowship with other schools. Together, we strive to:

- Commit to reducing the gap between high and low performers within our school and community of schools
- Contribute to reducing the gap in our larger environment through open days and school to school support

At Three Bridges, we believe that all children should have as many educational opportunities as possible. We, therefore, place a large emphasis upon a stimulating curriculum that develops all children’s talents. We place a strong emphasis on children reaching high standards in English and mathematics. Classrooms are equipped with the latest interactive whiteboards and generous iPad provisions to support teaching and learning across the curriculum.
We are no longer using 'setting' as a key strategy for learning and teaching in the school. This means that the majority of children will be taught in their regular class for all subjects.
