We are a popular Roman Catholic Primary School situated in the heart of Lewisham Centre. Young children get off to an excellent start in Nursery, building up a very strong foundation of social skills and independence.
Alongside academic achievement, we can offer your child a fantastic music provision, where in addition to curriculum lessons they have the opportunity to join our school choir who perform locally or learn a range of musical instruments. We can also offer a specialist PE coach and Italian lessons as part of our diverse curriculum.
Our last Ofsted reported “Teachers move lessons along at a good pace, setting realistic timescales and motivating lively learning” and “Behaviour in lessons is invariably impeccable, meaning pupils can learn without interruption.”
Children achieve very well over time at St. Saviour’s, and our current Key Stage Two results are above the National Average and rising! Our successes also go far beyond test results. Our children are confident and happy and are regularly complimented on their behavior, good manners, and social skills. They are encouraged to challenge themselves, to develop their skills and talents to be the very best they can. We celebrate every success and support every need.
