Olga primary school is a local authority community school admitting children from the ages of 3-11. Our school serves primarily the E3 area of East London, near to the Roman road market.

At Olga, we are committed to providing a high-quality education for all our children. We are an inclusive school and as a staff, we work hard to provide the help required to ensure that all children make progress in all that they do. We believe there are times when some children need additional support to fully access all aspects of school life. Through our special needs provision, and working collaboratively with parents/carers, outside agencies, and local special schools, we endeavor to identify promptly a child’s particular needs so that individualized programs and support can be provided when appropriate.
At Olga Primary School, in KS1 and KS2, we cover our humanities, science, art, and technology learning through the International Primary Curriculum (IPC). The IPC is a topic-based curriculum that is used in schools throughout the UK and many international schools around the world.
The IPC aims to bring together academic learning, personal learning, and international learning to develop the children’s use of skills which they will use throughout their life. At Olga, by following the IPC, we aim to help the children develop the personal qualities of inquiry, communication, thoughtfulness, adaptability, cooperation, resilience, respect, and morality.
