BAA is a bilingual school whose objective is to nurture lifelong learners and global thinkers to become responsible citizens while instilling pride in one’s cultural and religious identity. Our school has a safe and healthy environment that offers opportunities for the development of knowledge and skills for future educational goals and lifelong learning. Our English teachers are Native Speakers. Our school seeks a supportive and positive climate that encourages the development of individual potential, a positive self-image, and respect for others.

Bunat Alghad academy was established to prepare students to lead successful lives and help them accomplish significant leadership goals so they can help themselves and humanity live in a better future.

Our school is a small community in which the child learns to interact positively with all life aspects. It is a safe place where he learns to make use of all learning experiences that are well-tailored to meet his educational, social needs.

We live in an era where the ability to compete, adapt, and change are vital success skills that leads the person to continuously develop his knowledge and improve his performance, the school thus should be the place where these skills are learned and practiced. Bunatalghad believes that providing the students with up-to-date knowledge and practical skills in an interactive positive loving environment will ensure their lifelong success and will help us translate and communicate our holy Islamic message and values to the whole world.

Towards an international educational program that cultivates knowledge builds up leaders and preserves identity for an excellent life-long performance. Bunat Alghad Academy is an educational bilingual institution, with an Islamic cultural foundation, BAA applies international programs of the highest standards to build up promising leaders to be distinguished role models of high standard education and values, who are trained to apply the skills of life for the sake of their homeland Jordan, their nation and humanity. This is to be achieved through quality teamwork with a motivating environment in coordination with parents, the local and international communities, and with a commitment to achieve the high-quality standard.

The National program commences from grade four. The National program prepares students to sit for the Tawjihi Examinations using adopting (Ministry of Education's curricula) with more focus on the English language. This is in addition to offering extra enriched materials in English for both mathematics and science. The National Program includes other extra programs that are concerned with developing the personality of the student and enhancing the research and reading skills.

Bunat Alghad Academy provides high-quality British-based education for students. The IGCSE/GCSE/A-Level are school-leaving certificates in Britain comparable to the Tawjihi in Jordan. These certificates are offered by Edexcel and Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) and they have international credibility as educational qualifications. This program is divided into three levels:

    • Cambridge International Primary Program (CIPP).
    • Cambridge Lower Secondary Program (CLSP).
    • IGCSE.

The Cambridge International Primary Program develops English, Science, and Mathematics skills. This program is an excellent framework for learning in the primary years and provides a solid foundation. CIPP gives the students excellent preparation for lower secondary education. Students undertake the CIPP test, which is beneficial for native and non-native students. In this stage the main objective of using the CLSP is:

    • To test students’ strengths and weaknesses on entry to a school/course of study.
    • To use as a guide for setting/streaming.
    • To inform students/teachers/parents about suitable exam entries for students, for example, to provide evidence about which IGCSE tier to prepare for.
    • To act as a basis for action planning between student and teacher.
    • To compare teaching groups/Centers over years.
    • To test students’ strengths and weaknesses at the end of the Cambridge Lower Secondary Program.

In grade 8 the students have the CheckPoint Test. Checkpoint results indicate how students will perform at the IGCSE and O levels. Cambridge IGCSE is the world’s most popular international qualification for 14 to 16-year-olds. It is recognized by leading universities and employers worldwide and is an international passport to progression and success. The IGCSE equates to the CSCE in Britain and it replaces the national examinations in some countries in the world. It is applicable in 100 worldwide countries.

Students’ evaluation ranges from A*-G. IGCSE has used preparation for the A or AS level & for the International Baccalaureate. IGCSE program enables the student to enter some universities. In the IGCSE program, C in the English Language, for the ESL Or EFL, enables the students able to surpass the English Language level test in some universities in the UK, the USA, and some Middle Eastern Countries.
