NIC believes teachers are the main asset and so it seeks to hire and retain the best calibers. The primary year's program (PYP) is designed for students aged 3 to 12. It focuses on the development of the whole child as an inquirer, both in the classroom and in the world outside.
As technologies are emerging in our everyday lives and are changing how we access, create, and communicate information, NIC has to meet the technology goals through providing educational benefits and make use of the positive impact of technology in teaching and learning.
According to the IB PYP Teaching and Learning standards and practices, schools should incorporate a range of resources, including information technologies. NIC has invested in a variety of different technologies including interactive smartboards inside each classroom, tablets for students’ use, a fully equipped computer lab, and desktops.
A school clinic is a health care facility within the school intended to provide basic health care for students and /or refer them to the specialist/primary health center if required. A full time highly qualified doctor with her assistant is available in the clinic the whole day. The school clinic has all the necessary equipment needed for the optimum medical service for the students including an oxygen nebulizer.
We make every effort to promote hand-washing and good hygiene in the school to prevent the spread of illnesses. routine check-up on hair, nails, and personal hygiene is performed regularly. We appreciate your efforts and consideration to protect the health of your children and other children with whom they come in contact.
NIC building is on a 10,000 square meter plot of land. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with security cameras and a fire alarm system.
