Organization: SHSO-Administrative Payroll Position Overview: The Vice President, Ethics & Compliance Services (“ECS”) is accountable for the oversight and effectiveness of the System Ethics & Compliance Program (the “Program”) cascaded in the Bay Markets. Responsibilities also include Graduate Medical Education, Research, Surgery Centers, Medical Foundations, and Hospital services. The VP, ECS reports to the System Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer (“CECO”) and partners with other Area/Market ECS VPs ensuring that Market program activities are in alignment with the System Program.
