Sector overview Great opportunity to join our Central Team within Work Dynamics team established in Warsaw (Poland) supporting financial facilities management functions across multiple accounts. Our team secures financial service deliver for 60+ corporate clients across EMEA region out of the Warsaw HUB located in Spire office. Facility maintenance goes far beyond only fixing broken doors or keeping up on HVAC maintenance. It’s a cumulative, complete oversight of everything that keeps a building running on a day-to-day basis. It considers every element of facilities, deals with duty delegation, involves internal and external personnel, and leverages facilities into strategic operational plans and impacts its ultimate value. Facilities touch every part of a company’s operations and are integral to the strategic initiatives it puts forth. Our finance team in Warsaw supports the operational teams across region in preparation of operational budget for managed facilities, monitoring budget spent, keep the track records of committed savings to our clients, reports financial results to clients and to JLL internally. Role summary The AR Finance Administrator is responsible for raise Client pro-forma invoices, manage cash allocation as well as generating standard AR reporting pack.
