Nous rendons l'accès à l'espace aérien fluide, équitable et durable.AGS (Aviation Global Services) assure la réparation de produits avioniques (agrément PART 145) et fournit des services numériques aux compagnies aériennes (EFB, support opérationnel, documentation, suivi des réparations, pièces, assistance IFE, bases de données). Thales met la sécurité au premier plan en appliquant les principes de cybersécurité (confidentialité, intégrité, disponibilité). Les réparations sont conformes à la réglementation EASA PART IS à partir de février 2026 et exigent des plans pour garantir l’intégrité des opérations, notamment pour les processus critiques de maintenance. L’Autorité de cybersécurité (CSA) est responsable du suivi des risques de cybersécurité des Solutions, Projets, Produits et Services pendant les phases de bid conception, développement et livraison réalisées pour le compte de la Business Line AGS. Vos missions principales consistent à :- Définir la politique technique de cybersécurité en cohérence avec les politiques du groupe de la Business Line AGS et de la GBU, ainsi qu’avec la feuille de route associée.- Contribuer à la feuille de route technique de cybersécurité avec la stratégie technique de Thales (feuilles de route techniques existantes, plan R&T et Plan d’Affaires Stratégique (SBP)), ainsi qu’avec les exigences et standards de sécurité applicables.- Interagir avec le CISO local, le CPSO et le COL lorsque des solutions sont en cours de développement, de test ou d’exploitation sur le réseau Thales, l’Internet et/ou les BMN.- Soutenir les équipes juridiques et contrats pour l’analyse et les contrôles des clauses contractuelles spécifiques à la cybersécurité afin d’assurer la responsabilité de Thales.- Soutenir l’équipe Achats pour évaluer la maturité en cybersécurité des fournisseurs.- Lancer et soutenir tous les audits et contrôles des activités de cybersécurité des solutions afin d’assurer la conformité aux règles organisationnelles, régionales et nationales en matière de cybersécurité, ainsi qu’aux Politiques du Groupe Thales et aux Instructions de cybersécurité.- Réaliser des analyses de risques des solutions pendant les phases de soumission, conception et développement, y compris (entre autres) les BMN, et proposer des plans de remédiation appropriés alignés sur l’appétit pour le risque de l’organisation.- En collaboration avec le Cyber Operation Leader (COL), compléter et valider le tableau de bord de maturité en cybersécurité de l’organisation et du Groupe, y compris le niveau de conformité aux fondamentaux Cybersécurité du Groupe.- Rendre compte régulièrement au GBU/CPSO Pays des risques de cybersécurité liés aux Projets, Produits et/ou Services.- Alerter l’Autorité de Conception (Design Authority) et le CPSO de la GBU/Pays lorsqu’un écart majeur est identifié, et aider à définir les plans d’actions de remédiation pertinents.- Fournir un feedback aux responsables Domain et BL Engineering Managers sur l’applicabilité, l’application et l’efficacité de la politique d’ingénierie cybersécurité dans leur domaine.
