Valets guest vehicles. As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high-profile department carries a special responsibility. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional, high-touch technical experiences for guests, drives operational efficiency and maintains brand cybersecurity and infrastructure standards while leading high-performing technical teams, leveraging data insights and managing long-term capital planning. What you will do Ensure 24/7 operational continuity and uptime for all mission-critical core hotel, property management, back office and guest-facing systems. Govern the hotel's network security architecture, Active Directory, server infrastructure and network protection/failover tools. Establish, monitor and rigorously test comprehensive data backup and business continuity plans in strict accordance with local and corporate compliance. Formulate, present, and manage comprehensive IT operating and capital budgets. Construct compelling business cases for all technology expenditures. Establish robust product lifecycle management and drive the property’s 10-year capital planning for technology. Lead the scoping, bidding and execution of data communications, hardware, and IT service contracts in alignment with corporate requirements. Act as an internal business consultant, identifying and implementing technology "best practices" and automated applications to streamline hotel workflows and boost profitability. Maintain and advocate for the highest level of compliance with the Four Seasons IT Core Standards and internal financial controls. Build harmonious, professional relationships with Property Leadership, Department Heads and the Corporate Home Office. Actively collaborate in regional meetings to drive brand-wide innovation. Direct high-level, flawless technical support for high-profile hotel guests, conference services and major function spaces. Cultivate a continuous learning environment that fosters professional development, ensuring the Technology Innovation & Data team meets strict service level agreements for admin users. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in information technology leadership, preferably within a luxury hospitality or upscale commercial environment. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Proven background in network architecture, Microsoft/MAC enterprise environments, data environments and robust cybersecurity practices. Deep expertise in luxury hotel operations and core hospitality platforms, network infrastructure and property interfaces is highly preferred. Exceptional problem-solving, conflict-resolution and executive decision-making capabilities. Strong command of cost management, cost analysis, budgeting and internal financial controls.
