By applying to this Product Management internship, you will be considered for opportunities across multiple teams and projects with the Enterprise Technology segment with locations in Burbank, Orlando, and Seattle. What You Will Do
Collaborate with Enterprise Technology and Segment Technology leads in aligning Digital Experience plans with business segment requirements.
Translate segment technology needs and priorities into product and service requirements.
Work cross-functionally to define strategy and roadmap for the flawless execution of products and services.
Identify, scale, and execute technology solutions used across the company.
Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and technology vendors to support evolving needs. This includes new, innovative and emerging technologies.
Apply analytics to better understand product and service performance. Develop metrics (KPIs) and improve engagement while driving the continual optimization of products and services.
Coordinates and communicates technology education, partnering closely with Digital Experience Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrated relationship management skills and experience
Proficient in project management technologies and methodologies to include advanced experience in creating and developing project plans
Strong drive for excellence, simplification and get-it-done attitude
Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings to plan use of new technology
Analytical skills with strong problem-solving skills and creative abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of product management in large enterprise IT products and services / initiatives
Experience navigating a large, global complex organization and managing stakeholder interests
Experience with Change Management and cultural change across a global organization.
Education
Currently enrolled undergraduate student in an accredited college/university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Strategy, Innovation or other related field and returning to school following the internship
Eligibility Requirements & Internship Information
Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class prior to participation in the summer internship program OR currently participating in a Disney Internship
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
Must possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
All interns are required to provide their own housing and transportation during the internship.
