Within the scope of the 2-3 year Master@IBM program, we offer valuable professional experience in the area of a sales and technical department, which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the master study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The duration of studies depends on the respective university and is between two and three years. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your master's degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You will also write your master's thesis in collaboration with your department.

For our in-job master's program, we are looking for highly-motivated students from computer science / business information systems or similar based degree courses. In addition to a good bachelor's degree, an independent approach to work is also important to us. Are you action-oriented, highly motivated and you have analytical skills? What can you expect from this position?
You will work as a brand sales specialist at the IBM Data&AI team within the IBM Technology unit. As a member of our sales team, you will support the positioning, demonstrating, scoping of our Data & AI portfolio as well as supporting the team during the sales cycle. Additionally, you will assist our Pre-Sales team with your technical expertise.

Requirements:
- You have a bachelor's degree in computer science/business information systems or similar
- You have demonstrated experience with Databases, Data Science or Artificial Intelligence
- You have basic experience with one or more programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, shell script, etc.
- You have basic experience with cloud technologies such as container and Kubernetes and Unix or Linux operating systems
- You can manage several tasks in parallel over longer periods
- You are interested in building software-based business solutions on-premise and in the cloud (hybrid cloud)
- You master the German and English language in spoken and written
