The Opportunity
Adobe Design is seeking a Sr. Experience Designer to join our Experience Cloud Team to help build user experiences for our digital asset management, content management and cloud integration solutions.
The role requires a pragmatic, user-centered and data-informed design approach to enterprise design. You will work closely with cross-functional team members to plan and deliver end-to-end user experiences and next generation workflows that will craft the future of the business.
Our UX, Research, Product and Engineering experts do their best work while supporting each other in a mutually encouraging and unified team. You'll be joining a strong team of designers, part of a larger Design Organization that focuses on centralized design efforts and overall design strategy.
What you'll Do
Work with product teams, designers, researchers, and users to dive deeply into user journeys to identify problems, re-frame into opportunities, and co-create requirements and design proposals.
Engage with customers to validate design solutions and conduct quick rounds of usability testing, incorporating results into your design process.
Visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts and user journeys. Build sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and written specs.
Review product implementation and incorporate feedback from partners and customers in an iterative design process.
Set direction and prioritize design efforts within the product roadmap and general UX design vision.
Leverage and contribute to the pattern libraries for the Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Spectrum Design System and work to ensure consistency across our applications.
What you need to succeed
Proven track record of working in UX roles delivering experiences that meet user needs, product requirements, and strategic business objectives
Experience across a range of design and product development methodologies.
Excellent visual design skills and a desire to achieve pixel precision in the finished product.
Strong conceptualization and visual communication abilities
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly articulate opportunities and address them collaboratively with your team and partners.
Solid knowledge of Figma and working with Design Systems.
Ability to accurately set, manage, and meet design objectives.
Experience with enterprise product design and/or marketing technology are a plus.
