- Directs development of worldwide marketing strategies, product positioning and messages which are executed globally to deliver against Corporate Brand and business unit sales goals.
- Designs scalable marketing programs and campaigns that provide value-added content that is suited to clients' and prospects' needs as well as interests.
- Oversees assessment of potential markets, product life cycle planning, coordination of technical product development, development of product strategies, definition of promotional activities and product launch.
- Collaborates with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results.
- Communicates marketing strategy proposals to senior management to ensure the overall strategy implementation is aligned.
- Manages, coaches, and develops members of the marketing team and sets prioritized goals and metrics to measure the growth and performance of the team.
- Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.
- Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Experience Required
- 5+ years in the Foundry industry managing segments, customer, supplier or partner relationships, ideally with deep understanding of consumer, industrial, and/or storage chips addressable with advanced semiconductor technologies, who can translate application-level needs to silicon, IP, and package level requirements.
- Business development experience including product positioning, messaging, competitive and market segment analysis, contract negotiations, pricing.
- Technical understanding of process technologies and design enablement solutions as it relates to foundry business model and pricing
- Experienced in cross-functional and highly matrixed environments
Qualifications
- Degree/Master's in engineering, with business acumen/experience is required.
