The U.S. & Global Specialty Care Corporate Affairs team is a diverse, inclusive, collaborative, and fast paced team focused on shaping the external environment to ensure patients can access and afford the Sanofi medicines and vaccines they need. Consisting of Communications (brand, internal, and corporate), Patient Advocacy, State and Federal Government Relations, Policy, and Corporate Social Responsibility, our team is focused on shaping heathcare systems to maximize benefit and value to our business and the patients we serve. We operate as a two-way interface between the external world (patient advocacy groups, policy makers, and the general public) and business leaders, bringing outside perspectives into Sanofi to inform decision making and bringing Sanofi’s ambition to our external partners.
Job Description:
Partner with the executive assistants and Department head to manage all U.S. and Global SPC Leadership team meetings by coordinating agendas, objectives, logistics, and ensuring effective follow-through on priorities, decisions and action items.
Support the Head of US and Global SPC Corporate Affairs in developing department presentations, including Budget and Finance, Stategic Planning, and annual team priorities.
Work with the leadership team on cross functional/transversal priorities and initiatives, including:
Partnering with team members of the development of the annual US Pricing Principle report, including content development and execution of an effective external communications strategy.
Assist in the execution of the annual Patient Advocacy Council
Organize executive (OpCom, USCC, and ExCom) “Fly In” events, managing logistics and coordinating thorough briefings to ensure seamless and productive engagements
Co-create with LT and oversee implementation and execution of department’s Your Voice Survey response plan
Coordinate annual team meetings and offsites
Develop a benchmark to evaluate and ensure that the US and Global SPC Corporate Affairs team maintains best-in-class status, fostering continuous improvement and excellence in performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred
2+ years of relevant experience
The salary range for this position is $ 116,156.25 - 154,875.00 - 193,593.75. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
