Job Description
Payscale Salary Range: UNIV-Band 1: $15,080.00 - $24,360.00 - $33.640.00 (min – mid –max)
Job Duties:

- Participate in weekly meetings with the Program Coordinator II to debrief, plan, and prepare for upcoming duties.
- Help prepare any documents, copies, folders, etc. as needed for the department or divisions.
- Assist with the overall coordination of any prospective faculty on-campus visits.
- Contact and follow up with potential guest speakers and invited session participants as needed.
- Help facilitate communications amongst those involved in the program by initiating contacts and following up, as needed.
- Co-facilitate with DRS Lunch and Learn sessions for faculty and staff.
- Help facilitate the scheduling of the speaker, advertisement, ordering, and distribution of lunch.
- Support guest speakers with lecture set-up etc.

- Create an inventory system and record all items associated with program assessments, materials, and supplies in the supply rooms and labs.
- Create a label system to ensure all materials and indicate the specific location in the supply room where it is housed.
- Maintain information about record forms and communicate when new forms are needed.
- Create and maintain an inventory of all equipment that is on-site and used in programmatic annual accreditation reports.
- Work with the Accountant/Fiscal Analyst III to plan for the move to the CHP D, planning on what needs to surplus, be repaired, and/ or replaced.

- Assist in the ornization and management of the CEU submission process (i.e., all required information in a consistent order/format) for divisions.
- Assist with planning the department or division CEU workshops (details/approval pending). Support the ongoing review of relevance and updating of websites within the Department and Divisions.

Minimum Requirements
1. A bachelor’s degree and some relevant program planning, coordination, and/or implementation experience. Candidate must be a currently enrolled MUSC College of Health Professions.
2. Must possess strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills;
3. Must have certification in area of professional expertise;
4. Must have a strong commitment to achieve the missions of the Department and
College of Health Professions, and the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC).
