Job Description:

We are looking for a Process and Performance Manager (m/f/d) in our Customer Order Handling (COH) Process, Performance and Transformation Team.

For Q4 2023 we are looking for a Process and Performance Manager who will be the Process Owner Delegate for Customer Order Fulfilment (COF).

Our Team and our Tasks

We are the Process, Performance and Transformation Team for our operational COF teams, responsible for Improvement and Transformation Projects, Process Mapping, Improvement & Training, Performance Management, Data Analytics and Operational Key User Support. Our mission is to support our operational colleagues in their daily business and to improve Customer Order Handling activities - always keeping an End to End (E2E) View.

We make it easy to be a customer orders specialist in COF.

Job Description

The key challenge of your role will be to harmonize and improve processes throughout COF for all regions. You will be responsible to maintain our process landscape and support and deploy projects which are related to the transformation of the customer order handling (COH) processes. You will be an active member of the global COF Process Specialist Community with colleagues in Europe, Asia and Americas and colleagues from our blue channel operations (Airbus Channel) and our red channel operations (Satair Channel). 

 

Job Objectives

  • Maintain and improve our COF process landscape in Symbio and Airbus BMS together with the COF Process Specialist Community and Process architects.

  • Implement, test and train new processes/process adaptations in SAP.

  • Support the COH Transformation Project to transform COF operations and make it future ready

  • Analyze end-to-end processes regarding improvement and automation potential

  • Support COF operational teams with SAP key user know how.

  • Design new COF processes compliant with Airbus and Satair policies with partial/full automation support and align with all necessary stakeholders to ensure local optimization does not compromise the efficiency of our overall E2E process

  • Actively contribute to the global COF Process Specialist Community within Satair

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update and improve our COF Process Landscape and implementation in SAP

  • Support COH Transformation Project

  • Align with internal stakeholders on E2E Processes

  • Support COF Process Specialist Community

  • Lead and deploy small process improvement projects (LBIP and agile) within COF

  • Discover automation potential and support automation of COF processes

  • Secure process quality requirements and transparency of automated processes / process steps

  • Provide training (mainly SAP and process training) to internal customers with regards to changes in way of working

  • Support our operational colleagues in case of questions (SAP, Freshdesk, way of working)

  • You will work globally but with a local focus on our teams in China and Singapore

Your Skills & your Attitude:

  • Education: desireable Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar

  • You are willing to change and challenge the status-quo

  • You see where processes are disrupted and have an improver mind-set

  • You have experinece in SAP (mainly SD)

  • You are a good listener and you are willing to support our colleagues

  • You are self-driven and can prioritize your tasks

  • You have a customer focus and you are willing to make life easy for our customers (internal and external)

  • You are curious and 

    • therefore familiar with current IT solutions implemented in Satair

    • you see digitalization as a chance and you want to learn about digital solutions

    • you have an inter-cultural understanding

    • Like to learn/compare/harmonize different process approaches of the red and the blue channel operations.

  • You speak up that is why

    • you comment/advise on unsatisfactory situations within the organization and propose potential solutions for improvements

    • you can identify and offer suggestions to improve efficiency/customer satisfaction

  • You are communicative, open and funny

    • so you like to exchange with people and you have a good network from your previous jobs

    • and you are contributing towards our positive and inspiring working environment in a very engaged and motivated team

  • It it desirable that you have a strong background and experience in Process Management. This means that you:

    • Have knowledge about process mapping methods 

    • Know how to set-up and lead a process improvement project/initiative

    • Might even have first experience with Symbio

  • As a plus you have first experience in Project Management. This means that you know about stakeholder management and its importance to successfully finish a project

  • Can work in multi-functional/transnational teams 

  • Negotiation level of English
