- Sets up, stocks and prepares assigned station for service.
- Serves food and beverages to established standards using safe food handling practices.
- Replenishes stock and maintains safety and sanitation of assigned areas.
- Monitors temperatures, self-service areas and product volumes as assigned.
- Busses dirty dishes, maintains condiment stand and dining areas as assigned.
- Provides excellent customer service. Attentive to special needs of customers. Interacts in a respectful manner.
- Identifies and communicates opportunities for waste reduction, service improvements and/or revenue enhancement to leadership per established guidelines.
