Job Description:
Better and fairer care. Always.
For more than 175 years, St Vincent’s Care Services has been a leading Catholic provider of Aged Care Services in Australia and the legacy of compassion, justice, integrity and excellence entrusted to us by the Sisters of Charity and their Founder Mary Aikenhead continues to inspire our work today.
This is a fantastic opportunity to position Everyday Choices as more than a service program. It's about helping residents discover experiences, services and supports that genuinely enhance their quality of life while shaping the future of customer-led services across St Vincent's Care.
Help residents live their best life. Create services they'll love. Shape the future of aged care.
Do you thrive on building genuine relationships? Are you naturally curious about what makes people's lives richer, easier and more fulfilling? Can you spot opportunities where others see problems?
We're looking for an energetic, people-focused and commercially minded Everyday Choices Resident Experience Partner to help lead the next phase of our Everyday Choices journey. This is not your typical sales role.
Success in this position isn't measured by transactions alone. It's measured by the meaningful connections you create with residents, the trust you build with families and staff, and your ability to identify services, experiences and opportunities that genuinely improve people's lives.
About the Role
As the Everyday Choices Resident Experience Partner, you will become the face of Everyday Choices across our residential aged care communities.
You'll spend your time connecting with residents, understanding what matters most to them, helping them access services that enhance their wellbeing, and identifying new opportunities that create value for both residents and the organisation.
You'll play a critical role in growing the Everyday Choices program while ensuring every interaction remains personal, consultative and resident-centred.
Initially, you'll support five sites across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, helping to build engagement, awareness and uptake of Everyday Choices services. As the program expands during 2027, you'll help extend Everyday Choices across our broader network of 22 residential aged care communities, with future expansion into our retirement living communities.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing service that is redefining how residents access lifestyle, convenience and wellbeing services within aged care.
This is a full-time 12 months fixed-term contract role.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building trusted relationships with residents, families and site teams.
- Having meaningful conversations to understand residents' needs, interests and aspirations.
- Connecting residents with Everyday Choices services that enhance their quality of life.
- Identifying unmet needs and emerging trends that could inspire new service offerings.
- Working closely with operational and support teams to bring new ideas to life.
- Supporting the growth and sustainability of the Everyday Choices program through resident engagement and service uptake.
- Maintaining strong relationships across multiple sites through a mix of face-to-face visits and virtual engagement.
- Tracking performance against key engagement and growth metrics.
- Acting as a passionate advocate for residents and the Everyday Choices program.
- Sharing resident insights that help shape future products, services and experiences.

- Brings energy, empathy and curiosity to every conversation.
- Can maintain momentum and relationships across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Experience in customer engagement, relationship management, sales, hospitality, lifestyle, community services, aged care, retirement living or a similar people-focused environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to work independently while remaining highly connected to teams and residents.
- Experience developing or improving customer-focused services will be highly regarded.
