About You:

  • Understanding of LMS and learning design principles, reporting, and best practice
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to triage and escalate technical requests appropriately and train end-users
  • A Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, or Information Systems (Workday certification highly desirable)

Things that work for you:

  • Join an inclusive, compassionate, and purpose-led organisation committed to social justice, equity, and leading as One St Vincent's
  • More take-home pay with competitive salary packaging options up to $15,990, Novated leasing, plus an optional Meals and Entertainment card up to $2,650 per annum
  • Flexible part-time arrangement (0.6 FTE) providing great work-life balance and hybrid working arrangements
  • Access to the Fitness Passport (FP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family, excellent internal career development and more!
