The opportunity

We are seeking an admin support associate to support the day-to-day operations of the Business Tax team.  

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to prioritize and effectively multi-task.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist in client and engagement set up matters
• Assist in the billing & collection cycle
• Database management
• Any other group administration matters assigned

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in time management

• A highly collaborative approach to work

To qualify for the role you must have

• A Diploma of any discipline, or equivalent qualification
• Minimally 1 year of admin support experience 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience working in professional services companies
