Job Description

We are looking for a high-ownership Program Manager to join the Network Engineering and Optimization team, responsible for designing and optimizing India's Middle and Last Mile transportation network. This role sits at the intersection of network strategy, product design, and operational execution — requiring the ability to think big while diving deep into shipment flow mechanics, cost structures, and customer promise implications.

Key job responsibilities
Network Design: Own end-to-end design of IN Transportation network including Placements, Linehaul routing, Hub and Spoke architecture, and shipment flow optimization to improve speed, cost, and reliability
Lead network design and configuration for new delivery products (Speed, Cost and Design products) — from scoping and feasibility through physical node testing and scaled rollout.
Stakeholder Management: Partner cross-functionally with Middle Mile and Last Mile Ops, Capacity Planning, Linehaul, and Tech teams to align on network changes, resolve blockers, and drive execution.
Modeling & Analysis: Build network models, run simulations, and conduct trade-off analyses (cost vs. speed vs. coverage) to inform strategic decisions on network expansion and product viability
Configuration & Execution: Drive shipping option design, node configurations, and system changes required to operationalize new network paths and delivery promises
Continuous Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost reduction, transit time improvement, and network simplification through data-driven analysis and experimentation

About the team
IN Network Engineering and Optimization (NEO) team is responsible to design and execute Optimal network for IN transportation network. We are the custodian to ensure that network goals for Cost Optimization and Speed are met with innovative and simplified design.
