Mobility Expert – EY Technology
We are looking for a Mobility professional for our Talent Team, to work as a Mobility Expert for EY GDS. 
As a Mobility Expert, you will manage and coordinate different Mobility internal processes, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations and delivering exceptional customer service across travel, immigration and destination services.
Your key responsibilities
•    Oversee the entire mobility process from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of employee mobility are well-coordinated and executed smoothly.
•    Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, travel agencies, immigration experts, and policy teams, to ensure compliance and seamless execution of mobility processes.
•    Guide employees and team members on policy requirements and ensure adherence to company guidelines throughout the mobility process. Identify areas for policy improvement and work with relevant teams to develop and implement updates as needed.
•    Complete processes and tracking for immigration filings to ensure they are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
•    Maintain compliance with mobility, immigration, and travel-related policies and procedures.
•    Partner with key stakeholders to deliver a positive employee experience throughout the mobility lifecycle.
•    Support reporting, tracking, documentation, and process improvement initiatives related to mobility services.
Skills and attributes for success
•    Strong knowledge of corporate mobility practices, including travel management, immigration processes, and destination services.
•    Familiarity with immigration regulations and procedures.
•    Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across different teams and geographies.
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

To qualify for the role, you must have
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
•    3-5 years of relevant experience.
•    Microsoft Excel proficiency.
•    Strong communication skills.
