Location: Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca | Hybrid

The opportunity

As part of our Workforce Advisory team, you’ll get hands-on experience across projects focused on organizational design, workforce transformation and people analytics.

You won’t be doing the same thing every day. You’ll work with different clients and industries, analyze real business data, contribute to recommendations and see how your work translates into decisions for our clients.

Your key responsibilities

• Analyze client data and turn it into clear, meaningful insights
• Build Excel-based analyses, reports and models
• Create clear and engaging PowerPoint presentations and project materials
• Contribute to projects around organizational design, workforce transformation and people analytics
• Join client meetings and workshops and contribute to discussions
• Work alongside experienced colleagues and collaborate with clients from different industries

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
• An analytical mindset and a natural desire to understand the “why” behind the numbers
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to turn complex information into clear and easy-to-follow PowerPoint presentations
• Strong communication skills in both Romanian and English
• Curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn
• Confidence to share your ideas and contribute to the team

Ideally, you’ll also have

• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, HR or another analytical role
• Previous exposure to data analysis, reporting or business insights
• An interest in organizational design, workforce transformation and people analytics
• Experience working in a client-facing or project-based environment
