The role will also contribute to targeted FP&A and AR improvement initiatives.

Perform reconciliations between FP&A and AR information to ensure consistency across revenue, billings, receivables and supporting records.
- Billing disputes and invoice resolution: Manage and track disputed invoices, rejected billings, short payments and other billing exceptions. Coordinate with FP&A, AR, engagement teams and other stakeholders to identify root causes, obtain the necessary support and drive issues to closure.
- Domestic billing: Support domestic billing activities, ensuring invoices are prepared accurately and on time and comply with the required financial, tax, customer and supporting-documentation requirements. Monitor pending items and coordinate corrections or reissuances as needed.
- Revenue monthly accrual support: Support the monthly revenue-accrual process by gathering and validating inputs, reconciling accrual information with engagement, billing and AR records, and providing schedules and explanations required for month-end review.
- FP&A and AR initiatives: Participate in targeted FP&A and AR initiatives focused on process improvement, standardization, reporting, controls, data quality and automation. Support testing, implementation, documentation and follow-up of agreed actions.
- Reporting and control support: Prepare operational reports and trackers covering billing status, reconciliation differences, disputed invoices, closing activities and relevant AR exceptions. Maintain clear supporting evidence and contribute to internal-control, statutory-audit and compliance requests.
- Stakeholder coordination: Collaborate with FP&A, AR, statutory finance, tax, engagement teams and other local or global stakeholders to resolve issues, clarify ownership and ensure activities are completed according to the agreed timetable.
