About the Role
As a Senior OT Grade 4 you will provide high quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions, as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
You will also work as part of the Leadership Team, and participate in service development at the CCU including the review of clinical, team and operational processes.
- Participate in the development of strategies (in conjunction with team and leadership group) to enhance the quality of service delivered by the CCU.
- Display a high standard of clinical practice and professional conduct at all times.
- Provide supervision to students and junior OT staff in accordance with hospital policy.
Classifications for this position will range from OT Grade 4 HR9 - HR12 ($107,260 - $122,548 per annum pro rata)
Your Contribution
The successful applicant must have a minimum of 5 Years post qualification clinical experience within Mental Health Services.
Formal education/ qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with AHPRA
- A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History check, or willing to obtain

About Footbridge CCU
Footbridge CCU is a 20 bed community bed based residential mental health service. We care for and support consumers who live with complex and enduring mental illness, including co-occurring diagnosis and complex psycho-social issues, including integrated care needs.
Footbridge CCU has a large multi-disciplinary team that operates under a person centered strengths based model, as well as having a rehabilitation function.
