About the Opportunity:
We are on the search for a Hotel Services Assistant (Cleaner)to join an experienced and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming and caring environment for the residents of St Vincent’s Aged Care Carseldine. Historically known as Holy Spirit Home, our 189-bed facility offers residents a supportive and welcoming environment, with Residential Living aged care, Independent Living and Community Living services all available at the same location.
Our commitment is to listen to each resident, understand who each person is - a unique individual who we respect and treat with kindness and compassion.
Things that work for us:
- Casual position to support with planned and unexpected leave
- Experience in an aged care facility, hospital environment, healthcare or commercial cleaning (highly regarded)
- Commitment to provide efficient delivery of cleaning services, laundry services and other support services to residents and staff
- Attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to follow directives as per care plan
- Ability to apply for a National Coordinated Criminal History Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to apply)
