The Opportunity

CSL is seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Manager to join our Melbourne team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day treasury operations, maintain accurate cash positions and help ensure the business has sufficient liquidity to meet its funding requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and CSL’s banking partners while supporting treasury transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Role

Based at CSL Melbourne and reporting to the Director of Treasury, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor daily cash positions and perform cash management activities to support funding requirements.
• Record treasury activities within the Treasury Management System, including daily settlements, cash-flow forecasting and monthly reporting.
• Maintain Treasury Management System data, including bank accounts, counterparties, currencies and legal entities.
• Coordinate transactional banking activities with CSL’s banking partners, including Know Your Customer requirements.
• Support treasury transformation and continuous improvement projects in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to broader treasury funding activities and help maintain effective banking relationships.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related discipline.
• Five or more years of experience in finance and accounting, including treasury or cash management.
• Experience managing cash positions, settlements, forecasting and treasury reporting.
• Experience using a Treasury Management System.
• Knowledge of transactional banking and Know Your Customer requirements.
• Experience working with banking partners and internal stakeholders.
• An interest in improving treasury systems, processes and ways of working.
• A curious, self-driven and organised personality!
