An exciting and meaningful role within the important and growing Wealth Management segment of Deutsche Bank Luxembourg. You will have a chance to develop as Client Implementation Specialist based on your existing professional experience. You are part of a dynamic and highly motivated team. The CLM Team is an international team working within a diverse environment in one of the most attractive segments with growth opportunities.
Your goal is to successfully onboard new clients, timely complete KYC reviews and accurately maintain client data as well establishing credibility and trust, maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional integrity. You will be in touch with our bank-internal specialists (Compliance, Legal, Risk, Credit) from multiple jurisdictions while handling all scenarios of account opening and KYC reviews, from Individuals client to complex legal structures.
Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for Client Relationship Managers throughout the client lifecycle.
· Review required AML, tax, regulatory, and onboarding documentation for Luxembourg PB booking center.
· Conduct and manage onboarding and KYC review process end to end. And Complete periodic or event‑driven KYC reviews in line with policies and regulatory requirements in a timely manner escalating issues where needed.
· Create and maintain client’s static data in core banking system.
· Partner closely with Compliance, AFC, Tax, and Front Office teams to ensure high‑quality client experience.
Skills:
· Solid knowledge of relevant AML laws and regulations.
· Acquired understanding of bank policies, processes, and services.
· At least 3-5 years’ experience in complex onboarding/ KYC/ AML environment.
· Good critical thinking skills, multitasking, and diligence.
· Strong teamwork and organizational skills, ability to work under strict deadlines.
· Client-centric, excellent communication and analytical skills.
· Positive attitude, solution oriented and dynamic working approach.
· Excellent English language skills (oral and written), other languages are an advantage.
· Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
