As we continue to expand our fleet, capabilities and digital infrastructure, we are investing in the systems, data and technology that underpin safe, efficient and compliant aircraft operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business where aviation expertise meets innovation, and to play a key role in shaping the digital future of aircraft maintenance and airworthiness management.

About the role

At the heart of this role is the opportunity to shape how maintenance data, systems and processes support the future of Maersk Air Cargo. Working across CAMO, engineering and digital teams, you will drive the development and governance of our maintenance systems, ensuring operational requirements are translated into scalable solutions, robust data flows, seamless integrations and strong user adoption.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as CAMO functional owner/super-user for the current AMS and future MIS/AMS solution, including configuration, master data governance, workflow setup and system administration.
  • Support the AMS/MIS replacement project as a dedicated Fleet Management resource, including process mapping, requirement definition, data migration support, testing, training and go-live readiness.
  • Coordinate system developments, change requests, issue resolution and roadmap items with the AMS/MIS provider and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain system governance processes for user access, permissions, role profiles, data discipline, audit trail expectations and system documentation.
  • Support integrations and data exchange between AMS/MIS and other systems, including flight log/utilisation data, records systems, reporting platforms, OEM portals and business intelligence tools.
  • Support digital task card implementation, mobile/paperless processes and task card management interfaces where relevant.
  • Provide first-line functional support, training material, user guidance and adoption support for CAMO users.
  • Work with AMP, Reliability, Planning, Engineering, Records and Logistics to ensure system configuration supports compliant and efficient processes.

What we're looking for

  • Experience with aviation maintenance information systems, enterprise asset management systems, ERP/MRO systems or comparable regulated technical systems.
  • Strong understanding of system administration, data structures, interfaces, reporting, workflow configuration and user support.
  • Experience with AMOS, Ramco, TRAX, Maintenix, Rusada, Ultramain or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Experience with SQL, APIs, Power BI, data pipelines, integration testing or requirements management is an advantage.
  • ·Aviation maintenance, CAMO, Part-145, planning, records or engineering knowledge is an advantage, but not mandatory if the candidate has strong systems competence.
  • Structured approach to documentation, testing, change control and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
  • 5 days per week onsite presence at the advertised location
