About this role

We are looking for a Regional Key Client Manager to develop strategic customer partnerships, drive business growth, and enhance performance across the customer's end-to-end supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global account strategies to drive growth across Ocean, Logistics & Services products.
• Build customer-centric, end-to-end solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Own account performance, including customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Lead and align global teams across functions, products, and geographies to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations.
• Lead global tender processes and commercial negotiations to secure sustainable business outcomes.
• Ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and governance throughout the customer lifecycle.

Who we are looking for

To be successful in this role we believe you bring the following competencies and experiences:

• Expertise in Project Logistics, with Energy sector experience considered an advantage.
• Deep understanding of supply chain solutions, with the ability to optimize customer outcomes across products and services.
• Experience in consultative, insight-led selling and developing value-driven customer solutions.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation, procurement, and financial analysis.
• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain products and their application to customer challenges.
• Experience creating value through strategic partnerships and cross-functional collaboration within a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
  

The position is based in Aarhus, Denmark, and applicants must already have residence in Denmark.
