Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Accounts Receivable Supervisor oversees daily credit and collection operations within the Business Support Center (BSC), leading a team of 6–9 Customer Experience Representatives managing national and strategic accounts. This role is responsible for driving receivables turnover, resolving billing disputes, and minimizing financial risk while maintaining strong commercial relationships. Working in close coordination with Division and Regional leadership, the Supervisor provides ongoing coaching, performance management, and strategic oversight to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate a team of 6–9 Customer Experience Accounts Receivable Representative's while managing daily scheduling and resource deployment.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, track collection performance, and execute strategies to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt.
• Guide the team in managing complex, overdue accounts, establishing payment plans, and handling high-level customer contacts.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and regional management to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline commercial transactions.
• Provide regular collection updates, risk analyses, and performance reports to upper management to drive process improvements across the BSC.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of B2B accounts receivable and collections experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Deep understanding of accounts receivable principles, credit risk management, and collection techniques.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within a multinational company environment
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a dedicated customer-service focus.
