How You'll Make an Impact

• Review tender and bid documents to understand customer requirements, project scope, and submission expectations.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations using cost analysis, benchmarks, and commercial insights.
• Partner with sales, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to gather technical and commercial inputs.
• Manage tender schedules and priorities to ensure high-quality, on-time proposal submissions.
• Evaluate bid opportunities and support bid/no-bid decision-making processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to bids, contracts, pricing, and estimates.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and compliant documentation while performing quality checks throughout the tendering process.
• Engage with customers to clarify requirements, build confidence, and support a positive customer experience.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, proposal development, or quotation preparation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical, commercial, and market data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using tendering, ERP, or CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
