The opportunity
Coordinate end-to-end Quality Assurance across the Digital Customer Experience landscape, ensuring high-quality delivery of integrated business processes and releases across Salesforce applications, CPQ, PowerShop, Camos Configurator, and Customer Portal solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive testing excellence, reduce risk, and enable seamless customer experiences.
How you will make an impact:
- Own and coordinate end-to-end Quality Assurance across the Digital Customer Experience landscape.
- Develop and maintain integrated test strategies and plans across Salesforce applications, CPQ, PowerShop, Camos Configurator, and Customer Portal.
- Coordinate functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Ensure adequate test coverage for cross-platform business processes, interfaces, and releases.
- Manage testing activities delivered by strategic vendors and external partners.
- Review and challenge test plans, coverage, execution quality, and defect resolution processes.
- Align business testers, application teams, and delivery partners to ensure testing readiness.
- Monitor and communicate quality metrics, defect status, test progress, and release readiness.
- Provide quality assurance input for release readiness assessments and go/no-go decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy QA standards, tools, and best practices.
Your background:
- 10+ years of experience in large global corporation.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance & Testing across integrated enterprise landscapes.
- Good understanding of end-to-end and cross-platform testing as well as use of test automation solutions.
- Experience coordinating outsourced testing teams.
- Strong defect, stakeholder and vendor-management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
