Business Analysis Intern - YTP program - Singapore, One Raffles Quay | Deutsche Bank Job

 This role will be part of the Deutsche Bank's Wealth Management Transformation team and will contribute to the design and delivery of innovative AI-driven solutions that enhance client and sales management processes.

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support strategic transformation initiatives focused on Agentic AI and digital innovation within the wealth management business. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to analyse business processes, gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support the development of AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements.

• Support the evaluation and implementation of Agentic AI use cases in client and sales management.

• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

• Prepare business presentations, process documentation, and project updates.

• Participate in testing, user feedback sessions, and solution rollout activities.

• Analyse data and business outcomes to support decision-making.
