We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager with experience in developing scalable processes and tools (preferably in operations, retail, or supply chain) to handle strategic product development initiatives that scale our business. You will be tasked with owning process architecture, cross-functional coordination mechanisms, data infrastructure requirements, and regular updates to senior leadership. You will work with a cross-functional and talented team of supply chain managers, product managers, BIEs, and technologists.

This role requires a leader who thrives in ambiguity, identifies opportunities, moves fast to capture them and has tenacity. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and influencing skills and uses data to guide his/her decision-making.



Key job responsibilities
The Sr. Product Manager primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop BRDs and data requirements to enhance operations and processes for our supply chain team and sellers
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive scale and automated adoption of solutions across retail categories
- Perform complex business analysis to identify operational gaps and opportunities to improve team efficiency
- Define roadmap requirements and develop process workflows to shape development of tools and coordination mechanisms
- Conduct quantitative, qualitative, business and strategic analysis to identify, develop and implement proactive metrics and leading indicators
- Identify and manage process issues, complete root cause analysis, provide escalation management and anticipate tradeoffs

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
