Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain & Quality Manager - Industrial Equipment & Systems (f/m) to join our team based in Toulouse,France.

You will join the Procurement Industrial Equipment & Systems organization to manage the overall performance of a supplier portfolio in Avionics, Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance systems. 

Working in a multicultural and transnational environment, you will act as a supplier ambassador to secure On Time and On Quality deliveries to Airbus plants, Final Assembly Lines (FAL), and airline customers.

Your challenges:

• Select and engage suppliers, evaluating design, industrial, and quality change requests.
• Secure supplier approvals and conduct control reviews in compliance with airworthiness authority rules.
• Drive supplier industrial maturity and risk anticipation using APQP methodology and Quality Walls.
• Support suppliers during new product introductions (A350F, A321XLR) and transfer of work packages.
• Support internal, external, and EASA regulatory audit activities.

Your boarding pass:

• Background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Master’s degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain (or equivalent).
• Recognized experience in Supply Chain & Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and core Supply Chain principles (APICS or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Negotiation level in English and French, with willingness to travel regularly for business.
