GTM – Strategic PMO (SAP)

This role will be responsible for creating market-facing assets, strengthening solution positioning, supporting business development efforts, and developing reusable accelerators to enable scalable growth across SAP DRC and e-Invoicing services.

The successful candidate will work closely with service line leadership, solution architects, delivery teams, and member firm stakeholders to support strategic growth initiatives and drive market awareness of EY's SAP Tax Technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market & Solution Positioning

• Develop and maintain GTM collateral for SAP DRC and e-Invoicing offerings.
• Create solution flyers, capability decks, service brochures, and client-facing presentations.
• Support practice leadership in defining value propositions and solution messaging.
• Assist in positioning SAP DRC and e-Invoicing offerings across member firms and client pursuits.

Sales Enablement & Pursuit Support

• Support proposal development, RFP responses, and pursuit-related activities.
• Prepare client presentations, case studies, success stories, and demonstration materials.
• Collaborate with pursuit teams to articulate EY's differentiators, accelerators, and delivery capabilities.
• Support business development discussions by preparing tailored collateral and supporting materials.

Capability Development & Branding

• Create thought leadership content, newsletters, practice updates, and market insights.
• Develop communication assets to showcase practice achievements, success stories, and growth initiatives.

Asset & Accelerator Development

• Create and maintain reusable assets, templates, methodologies, and accelerators.
• Support the development of GTM tools such as estimators, assessment frameworks, solution catalogs, and delivery methodologies.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all practice assets and knowledge repositories.
• Manage and maintain centralized content repositories for practice use.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with GDS leadership, member firm teams, solution architects, and delivery teams.
• Coordinate with marketing, communications, and business development teams on strategic initiatives.
• Gather inputs from stakeholders and translate them into impactful GTM and capability-building content.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience – 10-15 years of experience

Essential Skills

• Experience in GTM, practice development, business enablement, marketing, communications, or capability-building roles.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and client-facing content.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work across multiple leadership teams and initiatives simultaneously.
