The opportunity

Risk Management Analyst

EY’s Risk Management &  General Counsel's Office is responsible for supporting the business in relation to internal risk management, data protection, legal, and compliance requirements. We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive professional to join our dynamic team within the Risk Management function.

• Advising EY professionals and supporting partners by providing guidance on internal policies, procedures, and tools to help enable delivery of services and ensure compliance with regulatory and firm requirements.
• Supporting and coordinating risk management projects and initiatives, and participation in digital tools development and rollout.
• Providing support with the implementation and execution of risk management frameworks, operating models, risk registers and control/mitigation remediations.
• Preparing high‑quality data analysis, reports and presentations for department and firm leadership.
• Developing and delivering training sessions and awareness initiatives on risk management and compliance procedures and systems.

Qualifications: eligibility requirements include the following

• Minimum 5 – 10 years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, ethics, governance, or a related role, preferably within a professional services or regulated environment.
• Proven ability to take ownership of complex matters and find practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain policies, procedures, and risk considerations clearly and pragmatically.
• Solid organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Fluent in English and French (C1+ level).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with experience preparing structured management reports and presentations. Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) is a strong asset.
• Bachelor's or Masters' degree in Risk Management, Compliance or a related field, or the equivalent professonal experience.
